ABSTRACK NURSING CARE IN TN. S : CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE BY GIVING NUTRITION THERAPY IN SPACE AT SOUTH WING IV RUMAH SAKIT ADVENT BANDUNG Arranged by: Yustina Mariani NIM: 1652013 Heart failure is a general term used to describe some types of heart disease that cause tissue perfusion damage. According to the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2016, it was announced that 17.5 million people died of cardiovascular disease in 2008, which represented 31% of deaths in the world. The purpose of the recovery of nursing care is to study the guidelines for nutrition therapy to overcome the severity of the disease in patients with congestive heart failure in the South Wing IV ward of the Advent Hospital in Bandung. The method of choosing used in this scientific work is descriptive method to obtain subjective data, make observations for five days of treatment, conduct scientific studies according to theory and provide assistance in accordance with Evidence Based Practice (EBP) and retrieve basic data and find out with nursing diagnoses the main is Obs. Dispeu at the South Wing IV of the Bandung Advent Hospital. Nursing diagnoses that appear with medical GJK are intolerant activity b.d imbalance between supply and oxygen demand. Excess volume of liquid b. Excess sodium intake. Less knowledge: Low Sodium Diet. Conclusions that can be taken after conducting nursing care for patients with Congestive Heart Failure do not find differences between theory and practice in the field. Suggestions for nurses to be able to provide nursing care by applying Evidence Based Practice (EBP) and for patients who request advice that has been given to nurses to treat and prevent recurrent diseases.
