ABSTRACT FAMILY NURSING CARE WITH EFFECTTIVELY COUGH TECHNIQUE FOR IN KARYAWANGI VILLAGE DISTRICT OF PARONGPONG, WEST JAVA COUNTY OGE SIHITE ID: 1652024 This paper is grounded by the results of the authors' assessment of one family in Karyawangi Village showing the presence of TB cases in Mr.T caused by lack of knowledge on clients and families. The family as the smallest unit in the social field in the community in the maintenance of family health is required to be in charge of knowing health problems in the family, making appropriate health care decisions, giving care to sick family members, maintaining or creating a healthy home atmosphere. The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to give a real picture of family nursing care on Mr. T with major pulmonary TB problems include 5 stages of nursing care: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. The method used in writing is descriptive, and data collection using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Family nursing problems that arise in your family. T is the ineffective clean airway associated with thick secretions, lack of knowledge, and the risk of transmission of infections in the family. The implementation is the provision of health education on the introduction of pulmonary TB and its care and the importance of maintaining air circulation within the home. The conclusion of this paper is at the assessment stage, the authors found not all signs and symptoms of pulmonary TB found in the client, such as: nausea, vomiting, weakness, decreased appetite, malaise and fever fever. In the planning and implementation stages, everything works. The availability of tools and the creation of a good relationship between the quiz and the client and family can be helpful in providing nursing action.
