ABSTRACT NURSING CARE ON MR. J WITH RANGE OF MOTION TRAINING IN CASES OF STROKE INFARCTION IN INPATIENT ROOM RSA BANDUNG Prepared by: KRISMULADI MARUHUM NIM: 1652010 Infarction stroke often occurs at the age of 20-60 years and arises after physical or psychological activity. According to the WHO every year an estimated 15 million people spread throughout the world suffer from strokes, of which approximately 5 million people die and 5 million are permanently disabled. The purpose of this nursing care is to find out the description of ROM therapy to increase the patient's muscle strength. The method used is descriptive by carrying out nursing care for stroke infarct patients. After nursing care, the diagnosis that arises is a disruption of physical mobility associated with hemiparesis. The results obtained after nursing care with ROM exercises 2 times per day for 3 days found an increase in muscle strength from 1 to 2. The conclusions obtained after administering nursing care was an effective ROM to increase muscle strength in Mr. J. The advice given is ROM can be applied in nursing care in cases of stroke infarction. Keywords: Nursing care, infarction stroke, ROM
