Method used in this scientific work is descriptive method to obtain subjective data, they observed during the three days of treatment, conduct scientific studies in theory and provide interventions in accordance with the EBP (Evidence Based Practice).Nursing diagnoses were obtained in accordance with the assessment data are abdominal pain associated with infection malabsorption of food, Hipertermi bd infection or inflammation, fluid deficiency, relating to hiperoutput fluid associated with diarrhea, risk of changes in nutrition less than body requirementsand Activity intolerance related to inadequate tissue oxygenation, fatigue, The conclusions after carrying out the nursing care of patients with CKD is found that there is a difference between theory and practice field.
