ABSTRACT NURSING CARE ON MS. T ACS POST PCI: ACUTE PAIN RIGHT HAND WITH TECHNIQUES OF FOOT HAND MASSAGE IN THE HCU RSA BANDUNG Prepared by: Veronika Uni Mulyani NIM: 1652026 Acute Coronary Syndrome is a state where a reduction in the blood stream to the heart caused by blockage of the blood vessels. The mortality rate disease of coronary heart reach 9,4 million every year, it is about 45%. The purpose of this nursing plan is to know an illustration of foot hand massage therapy to overcome the pain in post PCI patient in Bandung Adventist Hospital HCU room. Writing method of this scientific work is description method to get the subjective data, observation for four days, conduct scientific study in theory and gave intervention in accordance with the Foot Hand Massage, take the data based and illness history of the patient from medic record by the main nursing diagnoses is pain in Bandung Adventist Hospital HCU room. The nursing diagnoses that appears with SKA medic is acute pain due to biology injury agent, acute pain due to PCI procedure and anxiety due to psychology response. The conclusion after performed nursing plan to the patient with ACS the result is doesn’t had much difference between the theory and the practical in action. Advice for the nurse in order to give nursing plan by applying Foot Hand Massage and to the patient should do the Discharge Planning that has been given from the nurse to treat and restrain recurrent disease.
