ABSTRACT NURSING TRAINING WITH EXERCISE RANGE OF MOTION TO INCREASE MUSCLE STRENGTH IN STROKE HEMORRHAGE PATIENT IN ADVENTIST HOSPITAL BANDUNG Arange by: Era Otofia Manik Nim: 1652031 Every year 15 million peoples worldwide experience a stroke. The prevalence of stroke in Indonesia increases with age with the highest case age> 75 years (43.1%). The purpose of this nursing care is to find out the description of range of motion therapy to increase muscle strength in Adventist Hispital Bandung. The method of writing used in this scientific work is the analyzing description of data collection and observing during treatment, conducting scientific studies and intervening. After carrying out nursing care, the main nursing diagnoses prepared are damage to mobility. Nursing diagnoses that appear are damage to mobility due to limb weakness, nutritional imbalance less than the body's needs, disruption of breathing patterns due to declining cough reflexes and swallowing. The intervention is mobilization (ROM) and carried out on 28-30 November 2018 by raising hands, legs and bending it. The conclusion that can be drawn after carrying out nursing care for patients is that there is an increase in muscle strength in the left leg of muscle strength from 3/5 to 4/5. After carrying out nursing care and in carrying out nursing actions consider the movement of patients in mobilizing and much needed cooperation between family patients and nurses to get good results.
