ABSTRACT NURSING HALUSINATION AND HEARING ON NN. R WITHBIPOLARIN THE HOSPITAL SPACE WEST JAVA PROVINCE SOUL Simson Nainggolan 1652033 Bipolar disorder is a chronic psychiatric illness that causes abnormal mood changes. The incidence of bipolar disorder in Indonesia reaches 2-4%. The causes of the disorder are predisposing factors and precipitation factors where these two factors become the background so that a person can get bipolar. The purpose of nursing care for patients with bipolar disorder is to find out the description of therapy with a strategy of implementing (SP) 1 to 4, namely rebuking, conversing, doing activities, and taking medication correctly in controlling hallucinations in patients at the Mental Hospital of West Java Province . The method used in data collection is interview, observation, and documentation study. The writing method used by the author is descriptive and narrative to obtain subjective and objective data. The diagnosis that arises from the results of data collection is that patients experience sensory perception: visual and auditory hallucinations with bipolar medical diagnosis. The conclusion that can be drawn from the case studies raised is that patients with bipolar disorder also experience hallucinations and in nursing care carried out in accordance with the theory or the results of the study found that there are similarities in results namely patients can control their hallucinations. Suggestions for nurses to be able to collaborate in caring for patients with bipolar disorder and for families must provide support and help to patients in carrying out activities so that the hallucinations do not arise again.
