ABSTRACT ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN LANSIA PADA TN. S DENGAN GANGGUAN SISTEM MUSKULOSKELETAL: FRAKTUR PROKSIMAL HUMERUS DI RUANG PERAWATAN LANTAI III RUMAH SAKIT ADVENT BANDUNG Disusun Oleh: MEI YANTI SINAGA NIM: 1452016 Humerus fracture is a type of disease that often occurs among people, especially the elderly. This disease often occurs due to trauma (fall). Elderly often experience the risk of falling due to the inability to maintain an antigravitational power center on the body support (e.g. feet on stand). The purpose of this paper is to know the nursing care of the elderly who experienced a humerus fracture. The method used is descriptive method and data collection technique by observing, interviewing, documentation and literature study. Moreover, the nursing problems found in Mr. S. with the humeral fracture during the treatment are painful discomfort, physical mobility problem, risk of infusion, the risk of lack of nutrition and the need for the body. So, the treatment process for elderly patients should be given comprehensively. To conclude, the implementation of nursing actions desperately requires good cooperation of patients as well as family and teamwork of nursing.
