ABSTRACT NURSING CARE IN Mr. H THE DEEP BREATH TECHNIQUES TO REDUCE TASTE OF PAIN POST HEMORRHOIDECTOMY IN BANDUNG ADVENT HOSPITAL Ottis Folken Berg Manullang NIM: 1852016 This scientific paper is motivated by the finding of 355 average cases of external and internal hemorrhoids in Indonesia, but the pain of post-hemorrhoidectomy clients is a major problem, and needs better management. Therefore the authors are interested in discussing nursing care for clients with disorders of the digestive system of hemorrhoids after hemorrhoidectomy. Hemorrhoidectomy is an excision carried out on tissue that is really excessive for patients who experience acute complaints of hemorrhoids. The purpose of this paper is to find out that nursing care for hemorrhoidal clients after hemorrhoidectomy includes assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation of nursing. The methods used are interviews, observation, library studies and documentation studies. Therefore, proper treatment of hemorrhoids after hemorrhoidectomy cannot be separated from the nursing process. After doing nursing care for Mr. H with hemorrhoids after hemorrhoidectomy, obtained nursing diagnoses as follows: pain associated with irritation in the rectal or anal area and lack of knowledge associated with lack of information. The conclusion that the author got was that hemorrhoidal pain after hemorrhoidectomy was felt by Mr. H can be overcome by deep breathing techniques, hemorrhoidectomy procedures and drug administration. The suggestion that the writer can give is to make nonpharmacological techniques in deep breathing as one of pain management in nursing interventions.
