PENGARUH BIAYA PAMERAN DAN BIAYA IKLAN TERHADAP UNIT PENJUALAN PADA PT. MAWAR SHARON MANDIRI

ABSTRACT EFFECT OF EXHIBITION FEES AND ADVERTISING FEES ON SALES UNITS ON PT. MAWAR SHARON MANDIRI Arranged by: Ezra Vespereinhard Miracle Hadijaya NIM: 1431008 This study aims to examine (1) the effect of exhibition costs on unit sales (2) the effect of advertising costs on unit sales (3) the effect of exhibition costs and advertising costs on sales. Data collection was done by using descriptive method at real estate company in Bandung, PT. Mawar Sharon Mandiri during the period 2012-2016. Data processing methods used in this study are correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient test, simple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, hypothesis test (F test and t test), and multiple linear regression analisiss. The results of this study show that (1) the cost of exhibition negatively affect the sales unit with a significance value of 0.207 (2) advertising costs negatively affect sales units with a significance value of 0.490 (3) exhibition costs and advertising costs negatively affect unit sales with value significance of 0.490.
