ABSTRACT ROLE OF TRAINING PROGRAM ON EMPLOYEE PRODUCTIVITY IN PT. DIRGANTARA INDONESIA (Persero) Written by Benyamin Alexander Pandiangan NIM: 1431025 This study aimed to determine the role of a training program on labor productivity at PT. Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero). In the process of this research, the writer used descriptive method for managing data, yatu by collecting data through questionnaires. Questionnaires were distributed to 40 employees in the Directorate of Production Department as a respondent and further managed to generate the information needed to analyze the problem. Data processing techniques using statistical analysis, the Spearman rank correlation coefficient analysis, hypothesis testing t, and the coefficient of determination. Based on the analysis of correlation coefficients obtained r = 0.751 this showed that the correlation between the training program on labor productivity have a very strong relationship. Then based on the hypothesis test obtained by value tcalculated = 7.015 and ttable = 2.024 then by testing the hypothesis by tcalculated > 0.05, then H0 rejected and Ha accepted which means there is a relationship between the training program (Variable X) and the productivity of employees (Variable Y). Then based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination can be seen that his training program has contributed to the productivity of employees for about 56.4%, while 43.6% were influenced by other factors which was not discussed in this study.
