ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING SYSTEM ON MANAGERIAL PERFORMANCE IN PT. EAGLE INDO PHARMA (CAP LANG) Arranged By: Clarissa Elizabeth NIM: 1432119 The State of the business movement intensified and increasingly strict business competition, encouraging companies to use enterprise resource planning system that is able to create a quick information and integrated into one system, so you can help the management to perform its functions and make quick decisions to achieve company goals. The purpose of this research was to know the implementation of the enterprise resource planning system and managerial performance at PT. Eagle Indo Pharma (Cap Lang). And to know the effect of implementation of enterprise resource planning system to managerial performance at PT. Eagle Indo Pharma (Cap Lang). The method of research conducted in the writing of this thesis is descriptive method. The type of data used is the primary data in the form of questionnaires. The samples used are managers and employees in manufacturing, sales and distribution, finance and accounting departments. Data processing technique using simple regression analysis, correlation coefficient correlation Pearson product moment, hypothesis t test, and coefficient of determination. Based on the result of simple regression analysis Y = a + bx, Y = 12,270 + 0,307X, and correlation coefficient r = 0,691. Then the hypothesis test shows that tcount> ttable is 5.898> 1.685, that this indicates Ha accepted. Based on the coefficient of determination of 0.691 or 69% and the remaining 31% influenced by other factors outside this study. From the results of the research it is known that the application of enterprise resource planning system affect managerial performance at PT. Eagle Indo Pharma (Cap Lang).
