ABSTRACT EFFECT OF REAL EARNING INCOME (PAD) AND EXPENDITURE EXPENDITURES ON ECONOMIC GROWTH IN DISTRICT WEST BANDUNG YEAR 2013-2017 Arranged by: Merdeka T.P. Oywari NIM: 1132224 The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Local Revenue (PAD) and Development Expenditure on Economic Growth. The research method used in this research is descriptive method, where data obtained from PAD data and development expenditure of West Bandung regency. The measurement scale used is the ratio of the ratio and use Pearson Product moment correlation, simple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient analysis, significance test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test) using α = 0.05, and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the statistical calculation, it is found that there is no significant effect between Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) and Development Expenditure on Economic Growth with a significance value of 0.620 which means that the value of significance is greater than the specified significance value is 0.05 or 0.620> 0.05. This indicates that the original Revenue and development expenditures have no significant effect on economic growth so it can be concluded that Ho₃ accepted.
