ABSTRACT ANALYSIS OF COOPERATION MEMBERS PERCEPTION TOWARD SERVICE IMPROVEMENT AS THE IMPACT OF THE USE OF SAVING AND LOAN COOPERATION SYSTEM DIVIF 1 KOSTRAD DEPOK Rianto Doharma Sihotang NIM : 1482013 Business process research that happened in Divif 1 Kostrad aimed to know the service quality that has given to the members of the cooperation. The problem that arose now was how the impact of service users on the system that occurs in Savings and Loan Cooperation and will it be influenced by the perception of members with the quality of the system used today. Sample was taken from 89 respondents which were divided into three divisions using purposive sampling technique with calculation of slovin formula and data collection through questionnaire. The research objectives are: (1) Knowing how the user influence in the service system in the Savings and Loans Cooperation, because of the addition of functions in the system or update system support tools. (2) Knowing whether the perceptions of satisfaction and perception of eligibility affect the acceptance of Tentara Republik Indonesia (TNI) Kostrad members from the impact of the use of the Savings and Loan Cooperation System. The writer calculated the results of research using the Sugiyono formula of quantitative research methods. The results of the questionnaire showed that the perception of satisfaction and perception of eligibility greatly affect the impact of the use of Savings and Loans Cooperation System.
