STERILISASI SUSU SAPI PERAH SEGAR MENGGUNAKAN GELEMBUNG UDARA BERUKURAN MIKRO-NANOMETER

ABSTRACT The production of fresh dairy milk need to be continually increase. Considering the benefit of the nutrition and the number of continuos need was increasing but there are still problems which is faced by the breeders that is the fresh dairy was produced in a short time (a metter of hour) have became spoiled by bacteria. This problem has a potential to make the breeders lose their money. The breeders do not have a simple solution to solve this problem. Because of that, there is a simple new approach have been trying. The way is by injecting an average diameter air bubbles in a micro orde to a nanometers of high density into the milk, the presence of air bubbles in variation size in very high quantities can produce high OH-* free radicals that can also kill the bacteria by damaging their cell membranes, so that the bacteria can not live and thrive in a milk. The presence of OH-* free radicals in milk is identified using salicylic acid. From the research data obtained showed that the bacteria in milk can be radiated by presenting air bubble in micro-nanometers.
