ABSTRACT Liquid nanure involve is natural manure witlt mikroorganisme composition which good for growth of crop by providing lrura elenunt to crop and. elaborate organic materials become Bokashi manure. This research is done to 4 manure type involve that is SIMBA (Sintulation Bacteriunt), OLF (Organic Liquid Fertili6er), PCO (Organic Liquid Manure), MGD (Decomposer Microorganism) with bacterium content and mushroom which dffirent each other at each the sampel. Isolation and identify conducied to know bacterium species and worthwhile mushroom to growth of crop by perceptiort physiology and morphology. Amount of mushroom and bacterium which grow in each manure sampel involve to be counted by counting bacterium colony and mushroom with Total Plate Count method. Result of research show got bacterium type from manure involve examinee that is Bacillus sp., Staphylococcus sp., Lactobacillus sp., and Aspergillus sp.. Result of enumeration of insulation bacterium which have at medium indicate that manure involve OLF and PCO have the amount oJ Bacillus sp. bacterium at most. While resub of enumeration of insulation mushroom which have at medium indicate that manure involve OLF have the amount of Aspergillus sp. mushroom at most. And result of analysis indicate tfuit there no difference of mikroorganisme population at liquid manure involve examinee, where F count < F tables at signifikan 0,05.
