PENGGUNAAN PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE FISHBOWL DAN TIPE TIME TOKEN ARENDS (TTA) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN KOMUNIKASI MATEMATIS SISWA

ABSTRACT THE USE OF COOPERATIVE LEARNING TYPES FISHBOWL AND TIME TOKEN ARENDS (TTA) TO ENHANCE THE STUDENT’S MATHEMATICS COMMUNICATION ABILITY Yetri Cahyani 1222005 This research is comparative study which compared two types of cooperative learning that used samples from grade 5 of SD Negeri Karyawangi, Parongpong, Bandung Barat. The purpose of this study is to find: (1) how the enhancement of student’s mathematics communication ability who were treated using Cooperative Learning types Fishbowl and Time Token Arends (TTA); (2) whether there are significant differences in enhancement of student’s mathematics communication ability between students who were treated using Cooperative Learning types Fishbowl and Time Token Arends (TTA ); and (3) how responsed of students who has learned mathematics by using Cooperative Learning types Fishbowl and Times Token Arends (TTA). The instruments that were used are the test of student’s mathematics communication ability about the discussion and questionnaire of students’ response. The statistical test is the difference of two means test by Mann-Whitney test. The results of this research are (1) the enhancement of student’s mathematics communication ability who were treated using Cooperative Learning types Fishbowl and Time Token Arends (TTA) Cooperative Learning types are medium category. (2) there was no significant differences in enhancement of student’s mathematics communication ability between students who were treated using Cooperative Learning types Fishbowl and Time Token Arends (TTA ) Cooperative Learning types. (3) students like to be treated using Cooperative Learning types Fishbowl and Time Token Arends (TTA).
